To purchase the unique and revolutionary Safety Lights products you have to accept this purchase agreement before you can fill in the form. We also ask you kindly to make over the money due (see 1) so that it can be send to your house as soon as possible.
We want to draw to your attention that Safety Lights are only suited for 12V direct current.
We need some additional information to handle your order.
1) We kindly request you to transfer the money due, (see prices) in Euro's, mentioning: RABObank, Post-office box 1100 5140CC Waalwijk, The Netherlands, account number 3342 74 044 , Safety Lights. IBAN: NL83 RABO 0334 2740 44 SWIFT: RABONL2U Ref.: "your postal code + number". After we have received the money due, we will send you the Safety Lights registered.
2) Warranty: You have a one year warranty period for defects on the hardware of our products if it is used under "normal" conditions and the mounting instructions are paid attention to. Under normal conditions is meant at least: Use only with 12V direct current systems.
3) Terms of delivery: Claims are to be reported within 18 days of receiving the Safety Lights. The use of running lights may not yet be regulated by Law. Use is at your own risk. Safety Lights has designed and tested their products with very great care. Nevertheless the use of products remain at own risk, and Safety Lights excludes any responsibility for direct or indirect damage, caused by deliverance and/or the use of products manufactured by her, so far as that damage exceeds the purchase price. Not correct functioning products should not be used, but must be send to Safety Lights for checking. For orders below 50€ we charge shipmentcost. For orders below 20€ we also charge administrationcosts.
