The best way to be seen?

Bikes:

With Safety Lights you have the most results. You have two not too bright lights sources, a contrasting color and "width" for the oncoming traffic. Above all you fulfill the eyes-reflex. This applies to daytime and nighttime. Last but not least you are very conspicuous when you are not being seen and touch the brake. With a Safety Headlights on the high beam and the driving (low) beam off, you are even far away more conspicuous and better visible than with the driving (low) beam. The full driving beam is too bright, please have a look at the oncoming traffic. The oncoming traffic sees us better and is less annoyed. The best results are with an ordinary white lamp. In the dark you better not use your full driving (low) beam but use the Duplo Headlights with 50% driving beam. If you need more illumination you can always turn the driving beam up and/or use the full high beam. You do not have to turn the Duplo Headlight off, this is done automatically. All is simply operated with the already present switches. These Safety Lights product work only on 12V direct current with negative ground. Scooters have not always 12V direct current on the headlights, therefore the Headlights or Duplo Headlights does not work on them. Note, with oncoming traffic turn your illumination less! You do not need much illumination because the opponent illuminates too. With less bright headlights you are much better seen, your distance and speed are much better estimated and you do not annoy the oncoming traffic. 

Cars:

Last but not least you are very conspicuous when you are not being seen and touch the brake. During daytime and in the twilight this is enough. In the dark you better not use your full driving (low) beam but use the Duplo Headlights with 50% driving beam. If you need more illumination you can always turn the driving beam up and/or use the full high beam. You do not have to turn the Duplo Headlight off, this is done automatically. All is simply operated with the already present switches. The best results are with an ordinary white lamp. Note, with oncoming traffic turn your illumination less! You do not need much illumination because the opponent illuminates too. With less bright headlights you are much better seen, your distance and speed are much better estimated and you do not annoy the oncoming traffic.
