These chargers are suited for several voltages. The final charging voltage is 15% higher.
The measures are small, the electronics are integrated in a little box, about the size of a fist. The plug is integrated in this box.
For the best operation you should connect the charger to the power supply first and the connect to the battery. Be careful not to short-circuit. Tip: first connect the black or right clip off the charger to the battery. Place the other one on a plastic part so there is no contact at all. Than connect the charger to the electrics supply. Then connect the last clip that was on the plastic part. This way you never short circuit the battery or the charger.
